New design of the MSI motherboard in 2016 called X99A Tomahawk
New motherboard design from Micro Star International (MSI) have been present in 2016 with black sinister design. The new design named "MSI X99A Tomahawk".
The MSI X99A Tomahawk is based on the latest Intel X99-E chipset for the latest Intel Core i7-6800K, i7-6900K, and i7-6950X. With 8 RAM slots, the MSI X99A Tomahawk supports up to 128 Gigabytes of DDR4 memory.
Talking about the connectivity, the MSI X99A Tomahawk features 8 SATA 6 Gb/s ports and two USB 3.1 ports (one Type-C and one Type-A). The motherboard also has an M.2 slot and U.2 slot. The MSI X99A Tomahawk also has 8 USB 3.0 ports and eight USB 2.0 ports. For ethernet connection, it also has two gigabit ethernet ports powered by Intel controllers.
